I want you to love what you receive from Hey Stella, but because many of my products are handmade, creative, personalised or limited in nature, I don't offer returns simply because you've changed your mind, chosen the wrong item or decided it's not quite what you expected.

Please choose carefully before placing your order and read the product description and details provided on each listing.

Physical Products

All Hey Stella products are checked before being sent to you.

If your item arrives with a genuine fault, is materially different from its description, or there is another issue with the product that means it does not meet the consumer guarantees that apply under Australian Consumer Law, please contact me as soon as possible.

I'll ask you to provide your order details and, where appropriate, photographs or other information showing the issue so I can assess what has happened and determine the appropriate remedy.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair, or other remedy available under Australian Consumer Law.

Damage or loss that occurs during delivery may need to be assessed separately, including the circumstances in which the item was damaged and the relevant consumer guarantees.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

This includes situations where you:

• simply no longer want the item
• have changed your mind after purchasing
• ordered the wrong item
• don't like the item once you've received it
• purchased an item based on personal preference rather than a fault or issue with the product.

Sale items are also subject to the same consumer guarantees as full-price items. A sale price does not remove your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Tarot Readings & Personalised Services

Tarot readings are personalised services and are created specifically for the person who books them.

Because of this, cancellations or change-of-mind requests after a reading has been completed are not accepted.

If there is a genuine issue with the delivery of your reading or the service provided, please contact me so I can assess the situation and determine an appropriate remedy where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Gift Cards

If Hey Stella gift cards are offered, they are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

Gift cards remain subject to any minimum expiry period and other requirements imposed by Australian Consumer Law.

• your name
• order number or booking details
• a description of the issue
• photographs or other relevant evidence, where applicable.

Please don't send anything back without contacting me first. I'll review the circumstances and let you know what happens next.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

I reserve the right to decline readings involving gambling, spying, children, pregnancy, death, serious illness or anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances.

If a reading doesn't resonate with you, that's okay. You are always free to leave what doesn't feel right and take your energy elsewhere.
